At de Graaff & Partners we pride ourselves on our ability to develop solutions which retain and modernise equipment rather than simply replacing it with often lesser quality modern equipment. This modernisation approach can be hugely beneficial in reducing budgets, programmes and disruption to the building operations and occupants.

In most cases the modernised lift is actually indistinguishable from a new lift as all the user facing elements are replaced with new items.

Naturally where modernisations are not possible, we also offer the option to replace the lift, or to install a completely new lift in a different location, and offer a full service covering this requirement from concept, through design, works stage management, Principle Designer duties and complete project management through to handover and end of defects inspections.
